At the same time, she was selected to join the teaching staff of the Démos system of the Philharmonie de Paris and she gave lessons and flute masterclasses at the CRR in Angers.
In November 2022, Amina is called to join the very first educational council of the Philharmonie des Enfants with the aim of testing, reflecting, experimenting, exchanging with other professionals around musical pedagogy and having a concrete impact on the evolution of mediation tools from the Philharmonie de Paris.
Wishing to get closer and closer to the culturel administration, Amina Diop is accepted at the University of Angers in the Master's program in the "Management of cultural establishments and projects" course where she studies cultural mediation, communication and management. It is within the prestigious Institut de Recherche et Coordination Acoustique/Musique, in Paris, that she works on the artistic direction and coordination of the ManiFeste 2023 festival and academy where she welcomes artists such as the Ensemble Intercontemporain, the 'Orchester National d'Île-de-France and many renowned composers.
At the same time, she created her stationery company dedicated to musicians and in June 2023 she launched the DAL SEGNO brand and the Carnet N.1, today recognized by many professional musicians as an innovative tool and already distributed in the most prestigious boutique booksellers in France and Belgium.
In February 2024, Amina joined the equality and inclusion team at the Center National de la Musique, in Paris, convinced of being able to help in the fight against inequalities in classical music and more generally in culture.
In September 2024, Amina will take her first steps at the Paris National Opera by joining the Academy team in her role as administration and production manager.
Although Amina Diop's desire is to professionalize in cultural administration, she does not abandon her first passion: performing on stage. In France, Belgium or Italy, in orchestra, as a soloist or in chamber music groupe, Amina continues to take the stage with her instrument, convinced of the complementarity of her activities.
PROJECTS
Trio Bréda-Diop-Potocznik
Originally from Belgium, Poland and Italy, nothing seemed to be able to unite these three young musicians. However, driven by their love of music, it is in Belgium that their paths will cross with the desire to introduce the chamber music repertoire dedicated to their instruments: the flute and the piano.
DÉMOS
Initiated and coordinated by the Cité de la musique - Philharmonie de Paris, since 2010, Démos strives to promote access to classical music through instrumental practice in an orchestra.
